How to use

1. Soak Sink method of washing fruit and vegetables
2. Fill the produce sink to the desired solution level with Suma Eden D4.5 Antibacterial Fruit and Vegetable Wash, using a dilution of 1 part Suma Eden D4.5 for every 1000 parts of water
3. Submerge prepared (chopped, peeled, sliced, etc) produce directly into the antibacterial solution and let stand for at least 60 seconds
4. Scrub or agitate produce to remove gross soils, as necessary
5. Drain and refill soak tank with fresh Antibacterial solution every 8 hours, or when soil load becomes excessive
6. For continued bacterial efficacy, monitor Suma Eden D4.5 solution when in use to ensure pH stays less than or equal to 3.0
7. Note: No rinsing required after treatment

Safety & handling

Store in original closed containers or (where applicable) in an approved bulk tank, away from sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep away from acids. Full guidance on the handling and disposal of this product is provided in a separate Material Safety Data Sheet.
