How to use
- Foam Cleaning: Cover or remove all food products from the area. Manually remove gross soils from surface and equipment. Using foam end attachment (for 1.5L Spray only), spray hot foam liberally on all surfaces. Allow foam to cling to surfaces at least five minutes, but do not allow foam to dry. Scrub surfaces as necessary. To avoid food contamination, rinse all surfaces with potable water. Sanitize as necessary with Suma Final Step 512 Sanitizer
- Floor Cleaning: Sweep floors as necessary. From Dispenser: Fill mop bucket with hot water to desired level. Mop floor and scrub all surfaces as necessary. Rinse thoroughly with hot water. Sanitize as necessary with Suma Final Step 512 Sanitizer
- Equipment Cleaning: Cover or remove all food products from the area. Manually remove gross soils from surfaces and equipment. From Dispenser: Fill sink with hot waterto desired level. Clean items with brush or sponge as necessary. Clean items with a brush or sponge and allow to penetrate soil at least five minutes. To avoid food contamination, rinse all surfaces with potable water. Sanitize as necessary with Suma Final Step 512 Sanitizer
Safety & handling
Store in original closed containers or (where applicable) in an approved bulk tank, away from sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep away from acids. Full guidance on the handling and disposal of this product is provided in a separate Material Safety Data Sheet.
