We make these ourselves

BVTC is a direct manufacturer of personalized tissue napkins and coasters, with 30 years of manufacturing experience behind them. Send your logo or artwork, choose the specification, and we produce them to order for restaurants, hotels, cafés, resorts, events and businesses.

Premium tissue material

The virgin pulp option is made from quality tissue material — soft, clean on the table, and suited to hospitality and dining service. Brown tissue gives the same construction a natural, understated look.

Food-grade ink

Personalized napkins are printed with food-grade ink, because they are used at the table alongside food.

Well-defined border embossing

Every napkin is finished with well-defined border embossing, which is what gives a printed napkin a clean, deliberate edge rather than a flat one.

Printed to your artwork

Coasters are made to order in four constructions — tissue, tissue over board, board and pelon — and printed in one or two colours from the artwork you supply.

How it works

From your logo to your tables

    Send your logo or artwork

    Email us the logo or design you want printed, in the best quality file you have.

  2. 2

    Choose the specification

    Size, ply, material and whether you want one or two print colours. We will tell you what suits the application if you are not sure.

  3. 3

    Approve the artwork

    We lay your artwork out on the napkin or coaster and send it back for your approval before anything is printed.

  4. 4

    Production

    Your order goes into production once the artwork is approved and the printing plate is made.

  5. 5

    Delivery

    We deliver to your site. Repeat orders reuse the same plate, so they run faster.

One-time plate charge — ₱750.00 for the first colour, ₱680.00 for a second colour
Lead time
  • 4 weeks from providing the logo, for a new logo
  • 2 weeks for repeat orders

Minimum 10,000 pieces per logo
Plate charge
One-time plate charge — ₱750.00 for the first colour, ₱680.00 for a second colour
Lead time
  • 2–3 weeks from providing the logo
Below the minimum
  • Below 10,000 pieces — additional 20%
  • Below 5,000 pieces but not lower than 2,000 pieces — additional 50%
