How to use

1. For Concrete: Clean the floor
2. Dust mop or sweep the floor
3. Machine scrub with an aggressive brush using a 1:10 dilution of J-Shop 600
4. Flood floor with water and agitate with a stiff brush. Keep floor very wet throughout this procedure. Pick up water immediately following agitation
5. Flood rinse thoroughly with plain water, then squeegee or wet vac to ensure that excess water and loose concrete particles (laitance) is removed
6. Allow floor to dry thoroughly. Coat the floor
7. Apply 3 - 4 uniform full coats of Taski Jonseal 220 F9r, using a mop, roller, or other suitable applicator
8. Allow 1 - 2 hours drying time between coats. Open to foot traffic 4 hours after applying last coat. Maintenance
9. Dust mop or sweep the floor as necessary
10. Clean daily with J-Shop 600 at 1:10 to 1:50 dilution, depending on soil load. Or clean with regular dilutions of GP Forward, depending on soil load. Use an autoscrubber or swing machine with wet vac. Red pads or medium stiff brushes are recommended
11. If mop and bucket only is being used, a 1:15 dilution of J-Shop 600 will likely be necessary to remove heavy soils
12. Rinse with clean water to remove any residue. Recoating / Topcoating
13. Follow maintenance cleaning procedures, rinse and let dry
14. Repeat with 1-2 uniform full coats of Taski Jonseal 220 F9r or topcoat with any Diversey water-based polymer floor finish
15. Equipment should be cleaned immediately after use with water. For Terrazzo: Prepare and Coat the Floor
16. Strip floor with Diversey solvent stripper, such as Taski Freedom, and normal stripping procedures before applying 2 coats of Taski Jonseal 220 F9r. Topcoat with any Diversey water-based polymer floor finish. Refer to Taski

Dosing exactly as the Product Information Sheet states it, not converted or rounded. Confirm against the product label before use.

• 1:10Machine scrub with an aggressive brush using a 1:10 dilution of J-Shop 600
• 1:10 · 1:50Clean daily with J-Shop 600 at 1:10 to 1:50 dilution, depending on soil load. Or clean with regular dilutions of GP Forward, depending on soil load. Use an autoscrubber or swing machine with wet vac. Red pads or medium stiff brushes are recommended

Safety & handling

Store in original closed containers or (where applicable) in an approved bulk tank, away from sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep away from acids. Full guidance on the handling and disposal of this product is provided in a separate Material Safety Data Sheet.
